Preparation for Life After 21 - Part 1 - Provider Agency Registration
“The Provider Marketplace” is an opportunity for families to become acquainted with Adult Agencies/Service Organizations providing supports and services in their neighborhoods. In order to accommodate as many agencies as possible, we need to limit each agency to no more than 5 minutes to introduce themselves and identify the top 3 supports and services they provide for young adults transitioning from school to Adult Life.
Agencies are encouraged to bring marketing literature (brochures, flyers, business cards, etc.) for approximately 75 families. There will not be display tables so be prepared to keep materials as compact as possible. Families are encouraged to take notes and gather agency materials for follow-up contact.
