Caregivers of NJ and Values Into Action are two Support Coordination agencies who are helping to assist individuals to live in the Community. Listed here are rentals, houses, apartments and condos (along with the specific requirements) that represent preferred living situations for individuals expressing an interest in moving to the community. Each person has funds to pay for rent but only within the Department of Community Affairs Fair Market Rates.
